Manager Stephen Forrest makes his first signing for the u20s as the work towards re-starting in the u20s West of Scotland Development League. Striker Kyro Crawford joins from Irvine United u19s. Kyro has also had a taste of Junior football with Troon.
Kyro lead the way in goal scoring and has high hopes for his first season in u20s Development League. He told KRTV’s Ben:
“I’m really excited to sign with Kilwinning Rangers u20s and looking forward to playing in the new league setup. I’ll be keen to push on and make my way into The Kilwinning Rangers first team at some point in the future too.”
Manager Forrest was delighted to get his man:
“Great signing for Kilwinning Rangers. He will be bring a wee bit of experience to our attacking options. He’s very intelligent in terms of movement. He has pace to burn and can score goals for fun. We are really looking forward to working with Kyro. Definitely a player looking to feature in the Senior squad, in some capacity this season.”
