Chris Aitken adds another piece to the jigsaw in the shape of forward Graham Boyd. Boydie has been training with the club for the past week and the manager moved quick to sign him up after featuring in the Eglinton Cup match vs Irvine Meadow.

Boyd is no stranger to the WoSFL having played for Kilbirnie Ladeside, Adrossan Winton Rovers, Irvine Meadow, Rutherglen Glencairn and most recently Cumnock. The striker comes into the side and gives healthy competition in the forward areas.

Graham knows the challenge at hand

“The Buffs are a big club and shouldn’t be in this division with the set up, fans, staff and players they have. The league’s going to have a lot of spotlight shown on it this season, so I’m looking forward to getting started and challenging for the division and getting the club back to where they belong!”

Manager Chris Aitken delighted to get Graham into the side

“Delighted to get a player of Graham’s quality in the door. I was patient all summer as I’ve stated previously. It was important we got the right people in and Graham fits everything we as a club look for. His quality and experience will be invaluable both on and off the park.”

Graham is available to sponsor now. Please email buffs.media@gmail.com
