As the club continues to progress towards SFA licensing and making every aspect of Kilwinning Rangers more professional, the Media Team are looking to expand ahead of the new season in the WOSFL.
This opportunity is a voluntary position and would suit someone at college or university, looking to gain experience in sports media. All applicants should be 16 or over. We’re looking for hard working, reliable people who are able to commit to Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 4pm.
We are keen to add the following positions:
Videographer
Duties:
- Main or secondary camera filming
- Post Match Player/Manager interviews
- Occasional editing required
- Content Creation
What we’re looking for:
- Basic understanding of filming
- Basic editing skills (desirable)
- Content creation ideas
- Interest in filming or video production
- Basic understanding of OBS (desirable)

Matchday Social Media Assistant
Duties:
- In-game social media updates
- Post scheduling
- Gathering of In-game stats
- Instagram/Tiktok Pre-match content creation
What we’re looking for:
- Basic understanding of Social Media (Facebook and Twitter)
- Basic understanding of football
- Graphic creation (Canva)
- Content creation ideas for Instagram and TikTok

Equipment and software is all provided however, if you have your own equipment or software which you are more comfortable using, this can be discussed.
Our broadcast cameras are a Canon XF300 and XF205. Other equipment includes iPad, Rode Wireless Go II, Neewer Lighting, Lenovo T460 Laptop and Mevo Live Stream Camera. Software includes Adobe Illustrator, Designer, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Canva Pro.
